What is Line Dancing?
Linedance is great for fitness and socializing. The dances are choreographed with a repeating series of steps that are performed in unison. Dancers all face the same direction, although there may be multiple lines. Linedancing is unique as it incorporates almost every different style of dance, including ChaCha, Waltz, West Coast Swing, East Coast swing, and various others. Although Linedance is typically choreographed to Country music, every genre of music is used including some hip hop.
Linedance requires no partner, it is, therefore, suitable for everyone. Dancers as young as 6 can follow easy steps and we have dancers over 70 who can enjoy this dance style.
