For one special week, we are opening the studio floor to the fathers in our Five6seven8 family. Come and see what your child has been working so hard at.
This event is exclusive to Five6seven8 members. Invitations go out to current dance families only. Please check your class schedule for your child’s specific session times.
Dates: 15 – 20 June 2025
Who is invited: Dads of Five6seven8 members
Classes: Your child’s regular schedule
Why this week: Father’s Day, Sunday 21 June
With Father’s Day just around the corner, we wanted to do something a little more meaningful than a card. So this year, we are inviting all the dads in our Five6seven8 family to come and sit in on their child’s regular dance class during the week of 15 to 20 June.
No special preparation is needed. No dress code. Just show up, take a seat, and watch your dancer do what they do every single week.
A peek behind the studio doors
We know dance practice often happens while life is busy around it. School runs, work, weekends full of other commitments. For many dads, class time is a drop-off and a pick-up, with the magic in between happening out of sight.
This week is your chance to see exactly what your child has been pouring themselves into.
You will see the concentration it takes to hold a technique, the way our instructors challenge and encourage in equal measure, and the quiet confidence your child carries when they are in their element. It is something special to witness.
Same class, same time, just with you there
Nothing about the week changes for your child. They will attend their usual class at their usual time. The only difference is that this time, Dad gets to come along. Our instructors will run a normal session, so you will get a genuine sense of what a regular class looks like at Five6seven8.
Bring yourself, leave your phone in your pocket, and be present. That is all we ask.
A father’s day gift that costs nothing
We believe the greatest gift a parent can give a child is their attention. Coming to class this week, being in the room, watching with pride, that is the kind of moment your child will remember long after the steps are mastered. We hope you will join us for it.
Check your regular class timetable for session times and we will see you on the floor, Dad.
