Five6seven8 is proud to be part of Wave The White, a global Friendship Day initiative bringing communities together all over the world. On Sunday 2 August we are opening our doors for a completely free morning, and everyone is welcome.
The morning kicks off at 9h00 with a free multi-genre dance-along. From there we move into a yoga class to finish the day grounded and connected, no experience needed- just bring yourself and your willingness to move. We finish together with the white flag moment, our piece of a global community roll call happening simultaneously around the world.
The studio stays open from 10h00 to 11h00 for coffee, good conversation, a breakdance cypher, and open social dancing for absolutely everyone.
Community at Five6seven8 means holding space for people to feel not just seen but heard. It is an inclusive environment where people are free to come as they are and be treated with respect, no matter the differences. It is a safe space where curiosity replaces criticism and where everyone holds a sense of belonging.
Wave The White is an extension of that. Come as you are. Bring a friend, or come and make one.
