This Mother’s Day, Five6seven8 is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for moms and their little ones to bond, laugh, and move together in our exclusive Mother’s Day Workshop on Saturday, May 11th, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Our specially curated sessions are designed to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for moms and kids to explore the joy of movement and celebrate the special bond between them.
The morning will kick off at 9:00 AM with our “Mom & Tot Pilates” session, led by the experienced and nurturing Melissa Schafer. This 45-minute class is perfect for moms with babies under 1.5 years old, providing a gentle yet engaging workout that focuses on rebuilding core strength, promoting relaxation, and enhancing the natural bond between mother and child. It’s an ideal way to start the day, surrounded by a supportive community of fellow moms, all while enjoying the benefits of Pilates in a fun, welcoming setting.
Following the Pilates session, from 9:45 AM to 10:30 AM, we’ll transition into our “Mom & Child Acro” class, guided by the dynamic Ashlee Viljoen. Designed for children aged 3 to 8 years, this class introduces the basics of acrobatics in a playful and safe environment. It’s a fantastic way to encourage physical activity, coordination, and confidence in your child, all while you participate and support them every step of the way. It promises to be a session filled with laughter, learning, and lots of acrobatic fun!
To make this experience accessible to all, we’re offering an early bird special for those who register by May 1st: attend one class for just R120 or both classes for R200. After the early bird period, the general admission price will be R150 for one class and R250 for both classes. This is a wonderful opportunity to create lasting memories with your child, invest in your health and well-being, and connect with a community of supportive moms.
Spaces are limited, so be sure to secure your spot early and join us for a morning of movement, bonding, and fun. Let’s celebrate Mother’s Day with a difference this year at Five6seven8 – where every mom and child duo is welcomed with open arms and dancing feet.
