Training Requirements
Even if you have no prior dance experience, this course is designed to teach you all the Latin, Ballroom, Afrolatin, and Swing dances you need to know. The one-month audition process will teach you basic steps in both lead and follow, and will assess your ability to teach a class. If you pass the assessment, you will move on to a more intensive training phase in 2024. Depending on your commitment and progress, you can take on your first demo class between three to six months.
Working Hours
Working hours are flexible and can be adjusted according to your schedule. The studio is open Monday-Thursday from 12h00-21h00, Fridays from 12h00-19h00, and Saturdays from 09h00-13h00. You will need to dedicate two evenings during the week and also either a Friday or Saturday. All instructors are on independent contracts and earn a percentage of the generated income per class. You will also be required to be on duty for a minimum of one Till L8 party per month hosted on a Saturday evening.
