We are excited to have Gerhard van Rooyen back at the dance studio for a Lift Workshop.
Gerhard and his partner Amor are no strangers to international competition, they hold the titles of 2013 and 2015 Exhibition Dance Champions (Blackpool, England), and 2014 and 2015 World Dance Council Exhibition Dance Champions at the Dutch Open.
As our members prepare for our Strictly 5678 event coming up on 4 June, it is vitality important to go through the dos and don’ts of Lifts. We can easily injure ourselves by just being more prepared to protect our dancer’s bodies.

Dancers are able to book a 15min private session between 13h00-14h30 and 15h15-16h30 where you can focus on your own moves. These sessions are R300pp or R400 per couple and include the workshop.
We then have a workshop from 14h30-15h15, this is open to people with some partner experience who doesn’t have to come with a partner.
This session is R100pp.
