Strictly 5678, hosted by Five6seven8 Dance Studio, is on the 23 July 2016. It is an annual competition, inspired by the TV show Strictly Come Dancing. It is held to encourage dancers to compete and to give them the opportunity to show off their talent. There will be three well known professional dancers, judging the event, Dave Campbell, Salome Sechele and Quintus Jansen.
Dave campbell is a grand finalist in British World Cup and International Championships, 2nd in the World Amateur Championship and undefeated South African Latin & Ballroom professional champion.
Salome Sechele is the Latin Champion, qualifies judge and chairperson of adjudicators and SA Strictly Come Dancing Judge for Season 1-5.
Quintus Jansen participated in Strictly Come Dancing with Candice Moodley, Brenda Ngxoli and Khanyi Mbau and was a featured choreographer on a previous season as well. He is IDTA, SADTA and SADF qualified.
Five6seven8 started Strictly 5678 in the year of 2013. It started off as a small event with only few showcases and performances. Over the years it has become a popular event, bringing many studios and dancers together to show off to everyone how much all their hard work and practicing has paid off.
