Join us for an unforgettable evening of dance at the annual Strictly 5678 showcase event hosted by Five6seven8 Dance Studio!
Taking place on June 17th, 2023 at the Apollo Hotel, dancers from different studios and styles will showcase their talent in solo, duo, trio, small group, and formation showcases. The competition will be judged by three judges in Urban, Lyrical, and Latin & Ballroom styles.
At the end of the evening, the entry with the highest points for the respective levels will win the Big Glitter Ball – “The Dave Campbell Trophy of Excellence”. Don’t miss out on this incredible event, see you there!

Are you ready to showcase your dancing to our Strictly judges and your friends and family?
For entry details kindly email us at randburg@five6seven8.co.za We would like students of different styles and from different studios to have the opportunity to compete for their showcase piece against each other, the competition will be judged by 3 judges an Urban, Lyrical and Latin & Ballroom judge. How the evening will work, we will be having a Strictly competition between solo, duo, trio, small group, and formation showcases
- Levels: Your showcases will have to be entered according to level, solo showcases (Beginner Bronze, Bronze, Silver, Gold), and formations (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
- Time Restrictions: Bronze – 1.30-2.00min, Silver & Gold 1.30-2.30min
- Restriction: Max 2 Solo showcases per student per instructor / 3 solo showcases if divided between 3 instructors. Dancers are welcome to do multiple group routines.
At the end of the evening, we will then tally the results and we’ll have a winner for the respective levels for the Showcases. Then the entry with the highest points for the evening will walk away with the Big Glitter Ball – “The Dave Campbell Trophy of Excellence”. We are looking forward to seeing you there!
