Five6seven8 Dance Studio is excited to announce our upcoming Improve Your Splits 8-Week Course, led by experienced instructors Melissa and Gabriella. This workshop is specifically designed for dancers and individuals who want to improve their flexibility and take their splits to the next level.
The course will take place every Saturday from June 24th to August 12th, from 9AM – 10AM. Melissa, who has 6 years of experience as a qualified Pilates and Barre instructor from Basi Pilates, will guide participants through exercises that target and stretch the muscles needed to achieve a full split. Gabriella, who is certified in Anatomy from the University of Michigan and has a certificate in the science of exercise from the University of Colorado Boulder, will provide additional insight into the science behind stretching and how to prevent injury.
Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or a beginner, this course is open to all levels. By the end of the 8-week program, you’ll have the knowledge and tools to continue improving your flexibility and get closer to achieving your split goals.
